Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, package weight, and destination. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions; please check our website for current offers.

Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time for all orders is 10–15 business days. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the Contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 States).

Please note that we do not ship to the following locations at this time:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • Military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)

Remote Area Surcharge

For certain remote or hard-to-reach locations within the Contiguous U.S., an additional shipping surcharge may apply. This fee is imposed by carriers due to extended delivery routes and handling costs.

What Qualifies as a Remote Area?

Remote areas may include (but are not limited to) ZIP codes defined by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, or locations with limited carrier service such as rural or mountainous regions.

How We Apply the Surcharge

Our system does not calculate remote area fees at checkout. If your address is classified as a remote area, we will notify you within 1–2 business days via email.

You may choose to accept the surcharge (order proceeds) or cancel for a full refund with no fees. Orders will not ship until confirmation is received.

Why This Fee Exists

Carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx apply additional charges for remote deliveries due to higher operational costs. We only pass through the exact carrier fee and do not profit from it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@vantoure.com. We will assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Please note we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
