30-Day Return & Exchange
Frames are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Customized prescription lenses are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

1-Year Warranty for Frames
All frames are covered by a 1-year warranty under normal use. If your frame develops a non-human-caused issue during normal use, including frame breakage, loose screws, or lenses falling out of the frame, please contact our support team for assistance.

Lens Warranty Policy
Lenses are covered only for coating peeling issues. Any other lens-related issues are not covered under warranty.
