4. Prescription (RX) Orders

For prescription eyewear orders:

  • We manufacture lenses strictly based on submitted data
  • We do not verify prescriptions with eye doctors unless explicitly stated
  • Incorrect prescriptions submitted by the customer are not eligible for refund due to manufacturing accuracy

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse

Once an order enters production (especially RX lenses), it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Payment must be completed before order processing begins.

If payment is reversed or disputed after fulfillment, we reserve the right to:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order is marked “shipped” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
