Return & Exchange Policy

This Return Policy applies to all eyewear products sold by VANTOURE, including optical glasses, sunglasses, and prescription eyewear. Our policy ensures a transparent, secure, and legally compliant process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

 

30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving non-customized eyewear.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your eyewear arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

We may request photos or videos for verification purposes.


Non-Returnable: Customized Prescription Eyewear

Customized prescription eyewear—defined as eyewear fitted with lenses customized to your prescription and/or pupillary distance (PD)—cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once lens processing has begun.

If manufacturing defects occur (such as incorrect lens power, misalignment, or frame damage), please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or correction.


Exchanges

To request an exchange, customers must first initiate a return request. Once the return is approved, a new order may be placed separately.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, customers will be notified of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and the refund has not been received, please contact us.
