At VANTOURE, all prescription lenses are custom-made according to the prescription information submitted by customers during checkout.

Because prescription eyewear is a customized product, we encourage customers to carefully review all prescription details before placing an order.

Our goal is to provide accurate, comfortable, and high-quality prescription eyewear tailored to your individual vision needs.

Prescription Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate prescription information when placing an order.

Prescription details may include:

  • SPH
  • CYL
  • AXIS
  • ADD
  • PD (Pupillary Distance)
  • Prism values (if applicable)

We recommend using a recent prescription issued by a licensed optometrist or eye care professional.

Incorrect or incomplete prescription information may affect lens performance, visual clarity, and overall wearing experience.

Customer Responsibility

By placing a prescription order, you confirm that:

  • The prescription information submitted is accurate and up to date
  • The prescription was issued by a licensed eye care professional
  • You are authorized to use the prescription information provided
  • You have reviewed all prescription values before submitting your order

Customers are solely responsible for verifying prescription accuracy before checkout.

Prescription Verification

To ensure order accuracy and safety, VANTOURE reserves the right to request additional prescription verification before processing certain orders.

Verification may include:

  • Requesting a copy of your prescription
  • Confirming unclear prescription values
  • Contacting customers for additional order details

If prescription information cannot be verified or reasonably fulfilled, the order may be delayed, placed on hold, adjusted, or canceled.

Lens Production

All prescription lenses are custom-manufactured based on the prescription information submitted by the customer.

Because lenses are individually produced, slight variations may occur due to lens material, frame shape, prescription strength, and manufacturing processes.

Prescription orders enter production shortly after confirmation and may not be eligible for cancellation once manufacturing has started.

Prescription Changes & Remakes

If you notice an issue with your prescription after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because prescription lenses are customized products, changes may not be possible once production has begun.

If an error occurs due to incorrect prescription information submitted by the customer, additional remake fees may apply.
